The food was great. The waiter was friendly and very prompt. Prices are very reasonable. We frequently eat here and alway have a great experience.

This place is my comfort restaurant so I may be biased, however. Ive never had bad food here, or had to send anything back. The decor is unpretentious contemporary east Asian, with dim comfortable lighting, and nondestructive music. The prices are fair, and the servers are always kind. I would personally recommend this restaurant to anyone, the sashimi is good, all of their noodles and soups are good, and so is their curry. And theres always something for the picky eaters also :)

I put in an order for 30 rolls and some other noodle dishes. The order took less than 30 minutes to fill. Every box was labeled as to the type of roll. I highly recommend

So good. I have been here several times and the food is always consistently good. THe Thai food is EXCELLENT as well. A lot of others do not have a very good peanut sauce on their Pad Thai, but this place has nailed it. Coupled with the fact that they include soup with their meals makes it an excellent value as well!

WV 02-2024 Toyko Restaurant in Parkersburg with Noel & Calliope on Tuesday. We had to go to the doctor so we decided to dash in for some great sushi for lunch. Absolutely love their spring rolls and Gyoza also! The dipping sauces are to die for! I tried a new roll..to be truthful can't remember the name right now. Noel had the panther roll and the Philly roll. They were good. I know mine had spicy salmon in it. It was very good! Definitely going back! I love the miso soup!

This was a nice find in Parkersburg WV. I really appreciated that they had a tuna lovers plate. Not many restaurants will do that do to the cost of tuna. It was fresh, great color, and reasonably priced. The onion soup that comes with the plate was honestly the best I have ever had! It was rich and not just an afterthought like many restaurants make it. So why a 4 star verses 5. Here is why and I will admit you have to know your dishes. I order the Tom Yum soup. It was a good portion and reasonably priced but not made correctly. Tom Yum soup does not have coconut milk in it. It is a clear broth soup. The staff handled the challenge perfectly and just took the soup off my check. This is a solid restaurant and I will be back I just feel I have to be honest on what they do outstanding and where there is a minor gap in my attention.
